My name is Luciano, and I have a breath of HR experience working for small business as well as for two Fortune 500 companies. I have experience working for educational institutions, a logistics company, and a global food service provider. With a commitment to delivering tailored HR solutions and actionable insights, my consulting services empowers businesses to unlock their full potential and achieve sustainable growth through the heart of their business, their employees. I bring a wealth of expertise and dedication to understanding and meeting the unique HR needs of each of my clients.
I started LJ Consultants to provide Human Resource Management services to small businesses. Small businesses are an integral part of our local economies. Business owners might not stay current on California Employment law and best practices and that is understandable. I want to partner with these businesses to ensure they have policies and best practices in place that protects their business and their employees, while making sure they have the freedom to run their business the way they dreamt to.

Initial Touch Base Call - 100$
Schedule a call with Luciano for any questions or concerns you are encountering with employees. Looking for advisory on Employee Handbook creation, policy implementation and development. Advisory on strategic HR “best practices” to reduce risk and liability. These calls become the foundation of a strong partnership with my clients as we they will introduce me to how your business operates and how I can bridge any gaps you may be experiencing with your employees.
STEP 2:
LJ Consultants Monthly Retainer Fees
$35 - under 5 employees
$50- under 10 employees
$75 - under 25 employees
$100 + over 25 employees (inquire for pricing)
The monthly retainer fee, is the small fee to have peace of mind knowing you have access to an expert HR professional at your finger tips. My clients have unlimited access to email questions.
Step 3:
Day to Day HR Needs
$Pricing is based upon scope of work, starting at $25.
LJ Consultants can handle your daily HR needs when you need us. We can assist with EDD forms, development and revisions to Employee Handbooks, development of onboarding and offboarding.
